Enjoy a breathtaking private full day safari experience at the Minneriya National Park in Sri Lanka starting 6 AM onwards. You are guaranteed an unforgettable experience in the wild in the company of elephants who are freely roaming by lakes or exploring through the jungles.
Apart from elephants, you will be seeing wild boars, spotted deer, sloth bears and even leopards and crocodiles. You will also see different bird varieties and reptiles. Your tour guide will show the rare wildlife, fauna and flora as you proceed more deeper into the jungle.
Full day safari enables you to have a lunch break in between. During this time you can leisurely have your snack and have a short nap before starting the afternoon safari session.
Overview
- Elephants, Spotted Deer, Sambar Deer, Wild Buffalo, Wild Pig, Grey Langers, Purple-faced Leaf Monkeys, three types of Mongoose, Porcupine, and Indian Pangolin are among the park’s 24 animal species. Over 170 bird species have been reported in Minneriya National Park.
